Hi forum members.

I am a South African living in Bangkok. I have a single entry Non-O visa based on having a Thai Child. My extension of stay ends on 5 January.

I have received a new Passport and would like to know if it's necessary to transfer my old stamps etc at Chaeng Wattana or can this be done at a border crossing. I will be leaving for Loas, Savannakhet this week to get a new 90 day Single Entry, Non O visa.

Please advise.

Thank you

Best to have your stamps transferred at CW since you have gotten the 60 day extension to visit your child.

Some border crossing will not do it or send you back to a nearby immigration office to have the stamps transferred.
