Hayduke
Thawatchai is an rank amateur. The Big BJ would have found all 349 drug tests positive....not to mention another 3,566 prisoners guilty of assorted visa offenses. mikebell
This telegraphing is all part of the serve and protect motto of the Thai police. Most of the raids on Walking Street where no violations were found are firmly in this bracket. Only those businesses who failed to pay for this 'protection' are found to have violated some statute or other.
Basil B
If true maybe they should be invited to run prisons in the UK.
