It is really nice at Samae Sam.  Clean water, nice islands, great attitudes.

 

There are multiple snorkeling boats at this pier.  Better to bring a Thai speaker, but I did just fine after a few tries.

 

Cost Bt3500 for 3 hours 1 to 6 persons, nice boats, competent captains, sightseeing on the bay plus 3 snorkeling stops.  If you can find the pier, you can arrange at arrival, likely,

 

It is southeast of U-Tapao.  Not an easy turn to find on the 3126 after U-Tapao going to Samae Sam.
