He told me turn off my 2700b a month TOT service and buy Loxinfo - as he said they get a bigger pipe than what was allocated for the business accounts on TOT. He told me I might get faster service using the slow service rather than the fast. He might be right. My friend who has 1000b 1024 service had the same speed I did 2 weeks ago - it was just as fast to America. TOT is out for now.' Nothing wrong with my pipe - it is all at the DSLAM - uckingf mess.
