Not surprised an Englishman waxing poetic about that disgusting bit of junk food. Yet another foodstuff farang can add to their list of crap that they can eat to retain sustainance while in Asia. All farang tourists are allergic to vegetables and merely looking at anything spicy sets their poor little tummies on fire. UK must be the absolute worst judges of good food on the planet. The sandwich is positively revolting. It's generally fake fake cheese, some form of low end animal product slathered in fake butter made from palm oil between two pieces of white bread. How about tackling your favorite Sunday roast? Just what every overweight middle aged man needs to eat in the 36C heat weekly 🙋 -

Like any venue, choose wisely and healthy, if that's your choice when dining. 7-11 is a Buddha send for us, when O&A. Some of the best options for munching, and makes fast food healthy & convenience to a new level. What's not to love. Guessing most that think it's crap food and or unhealthy, haven't sampled much except beer and the unhealthy offerings. Oh well. By the looks of some of you waddling around, 7-11 would obviously be a healthy alternative.
