Ramayana Koh Chong

Stayed there four days, my friend received an electric shock from the shower, another woman, thai, also recieved same, was thrown on to ground and had to go to hosptital with bone breakage...two potential deaths the resort has offered nothing, no manergeraial assistance during these events....reported it to Thai Tourism and the sales office in Bangkok...no response...so much for a relaxing holiday on Koh Chang...any thoughts..Dukkha
