They could very easily introduce and enforce a series of measures which will drastically reduce casualties. But nobody in this country gives a sh... We can only take our own precautions. How about the maintenance of the buses? How about the driver competency in general? Being able to operate a bus, does not mean that you are a competent driver (even sober!!!).
