Are you kidding me? It was an obvious attack- a helmet does not make a f....g difference.  Death to the perpetrator. AND if I were a consulate of these tourist nations, I would advise to stay away. Plain and simple.

To target tourists for obvious Thai males' (some) inability to control their sexual impulses blemishes the country. BUT...once the media gets hold of all of this, how in the hell can the tourist officials think this is NOT a big problem? Perhaps if some Thai males insist upon their f...d- up thinking that it's ok to rape and kill tourists, then the idiots who prosecute these cases should perhaps not only forget about a hood to what? Save face? Expose the identity of these perpetrators- And eliminate them from society.

So  just to  clarify , the people  committing the most crime in Thailand are? and the need for the TM30 is?, do you  feel secure? I mean TM30 is a security issue  right?

Doesnt  matter, what it does do is  stop repeat offences by the same person, many re offend.
