Private Laboratories for testing Research Drug Sample in Thailand?

Featured Replies

Hi,

Does anyone know if there are any private laboratories where I can send a drug sample for analysis of its contents?

The drug in question is a patented new drug going through phase 2 trials at the moment, for antiviral resistant HSV strains. A contact of mine had it contract manufactured in China successfully to get hands on it before it's officially released and FDA approved in the US. We are thinking to send a sample for laboratory analysis, to confirm that the manufactured research drug is actually what it's supposed to be.

I tried searching using google and found some sites, but already got a negative reply from some labs. Also if anyone has any idea about possible costs, please let me know.

I would try to locate a lab in India as they are one of the world class leaders in generics and other pharma issues.

The Thai FDA has its own lab and this is the only lab in Thailand certified by WHO for pharmaceutical testing.

In other words even if you can find a lab here that does this the quality is open to question.

in India, WHOIcertifies:
