ELijah Taylor sneaking his partner into quarantine.

Swans don't take too well to players flouting rules. Talia wasn't given another game and was let go after his drug buying bust with a Hawks player and Aliir Aliir missed an entire season after sleeping in for training one morning.
The guy is only 19, so his cognitive abilities aren't fully formed yet, apparently it takes until about 25 for that to happen. 
Still, in his first year and having been likely to play more games this year, he has really fluffed up his career short term
There have been some fears he might get homesick and want to head back to a perth team as it was.

Great to see Hawthorn getting smashed once more ???? and confirming they will be missing finals again. I thought they would be doing okay this year given all their recruiting, but looks like that policy has backfired and maybe set them back another few years.

Sydney is well placed to be playing finals next year with a premiership tilt again in a few more years, given our rebuilding started in earnest the start of last year

Where do these two teams stand come finals time?

 

Should be worried about Port @sceadugenga. I didn't see the game

 

i reckon Collingwood is gone for the season, i can't see any impact being made there.

Jury still out for me with Melbourne.

Have beaten, Ade, Norf and Collingwood who are just going in the last 3 games.

Having said that, winning form is good form.

A bigger test for them this week with the Bulldogs.

 

I think the Saints will be fine.

Depending on where they finish, reckon they're good enough to win a final.

 

Port are interesting.

Will finish top 2 you'd imagine and get 2 home finals which is a big leg up.

Teams seem to think if you can stop Charlie Dixon, you stop Port.

 

I agree, put a line through the pies.

 

WC are banking wins at home but worried about their form in Qld.

They will be better than they were last time but not sure if good enough.

A mounting injury toll now.

 

If I was seeding the contenders now, I'd rate Geelong, Richmond, Port, Brisbane

Well Men, this is your lucky day....in anticipation of the new machine arriving today i went online and discovered that Steam the gaming platform has 2 yes 2 Aussie rules games....so Old WILL can play when the season is over never lose his touch, Fj the coach can hone is fantasy skills off season and the rest of us pass the time....both 2020 versions.

The sun is back out today......SBS Chill on in the background, chooo asleep in his bed right next to the speaker....he dont like loud music, when i decide to party and crank up the volume he takes a walk outside.....

 

AU Post delivering......not inpressed with them, logistics.....thats what they call themselves these days, fancy word for an industry full of dead beats and losers....did spend a year 4 hrs a night after work unloading trucks part time when the ex took a year of with baby daughter, seen enough,  these days there not consistant with getting a signature which is my experience in recent times for delivery.....frigging air purifier i ordered recently worth 550$ left sitting on my door step out in the open for the world top see and pinch......and mind you the seller assured me they have to get a signature or its pick up at the post office....Baaaaaaaa.....of course there all blaming it on corvid 19, Vodapone could not be raised from the dead during the first lockdown, Optus marginally better, try to phone your bank.....heheheeh....

 

Some people have said the AFL should have called off the season....i do not agree....even i dont go for this every night concept its given people a respite from the worry of the virus, and this every night concept......bet we see more of it in the future, very hard to plan trades in Fantasy with a game every night, mmmmmm....latin chill just came on.......bit of a boggieish cha cha in chill format.....sexy girls voice in the back ground....they know how to do it....wish i was back in Cuba....

Beware a wounded mouse......Confidence is worth 2 in the bush......Dee's are building it, knock of the Dogs and its 2018 again, one thing i know about my bunch is when there bad there the worst, when they get that wiff....watch out charley, pretty much injury free too, Pies have a good defence still got belted, good chance we may be that bull in the china shop come September.....then its a new ball game....

No wonder he was banned for the season.

Elijah Taylor’s girlfriend reportedly crossed a golf course and jumped two fences to reach the Sydney youngster inside the Swans’ quarantine zone on Friday night.
WA-born Taylor was part way through a 14-day isolation with his Sydney teammates at the Joondalup Resort in Perth when the duo pulled off the covert operation.

Lekahni Pearce, 18, had just hours earlier completed her 14-day quarantine after flying in from Sydney before making a daring run to be with her boyfriend.

But the pair were discovered by two senior teammates, according to Footy Classified, and brought to the attention of head of football Charlie Gardiner.

“So it wasn’t a naive or ignorant mistake. It was premeditated, considered and executed so that’s really disappointing,” former Fremantle coach Ross Lyon said.

The Swans had deliberately sought out the 19-year-old — who has played four games in his rookie season after being drafted from Western Australia last year — ahead of the trip to his home state to explain the risks.
“We talked to Elijah specifically before we left and made sure that we all understand what environment we’re going into,” Swans coach John Longmire told AFL 360. “He still made a very poor choice, he still made a decision to deliberately breach the quarantine and it’s unacceptable, and the ramifications are very much suited to what he did.

“It was a decision that put so much at risk. He’s only a young player, he’s in his first year of AFL footy, but it was still a terrible decision that has big ramifications.”

Sydney was given a $50,000 fine — of which half was suspended — and was slammed by WA Premier Mark McGowan.

“It’s very disappointing,” McGowan said on Sunday. “The AFL gave us every assurance this wouldn’t happen. The Swans have let us down, the AFL has let us down. We’re disappointed in both organisations.
“I received an apology from the AFL this morning. I appreciate that but … they promised us this wouldn’t happen and they let us down.”

The Premier’s comments reportedly angered the AFL. “He’s making them jump at every turn and really hurting their brand,” Footy Classified’s Caroline Wilson said. “They were angry at those comments.”

Hes another that should be put-on the cattle train to the Victorian desert and never seen again....we dont take it seriously enough here because the governments have done a good job in slowing the spread..... Look people are still skipping the que up at the pearly gates prior to being born, there missing bits that make there brain work better......

AFL 2020: Mitch Robinson rips into ‘<deleted>’ Tom Lynch

Tom Lynch is doing his reputation no favours and at least one rival is prepared to call him out on it.

The Richmond forward was slapped with two $1000 fines for striking Sam Collins and Jarrod Witts in the Tigers’ win over Gold Coast on Monday — a punishment that comes after Lynch was fined in Round 10 for shoving the head of Brisbane star Alex Witherden into the ground.

The 27-year-old was also mocked for feigning to clip Collins, only for the Suns defender to not flinch at all — drawing comparisons to Kobe Bryant’s famous blank stare reaction to a Matt Barnes ball fake.

Lynch left the Suns to join Richmond in 2019 and won a premiership in his first season in the yellow and black, but he’s come under fire this season for creating more headlines with “cheap shots” than shots at goal.

It seems like Lions tough nut Mitch Robinson can’t stand it, as he appeared to take aim at Lynch during a live video game streaming session on Twitch.

 

Replying to a comment from a streamer that said Lynch is the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time), Robinson said: “Is he? Do you know him do you, f***head?”

Responding to other comments, Robinson added: “He went to a good team to get success, that’s what he did. He went to a premiership team and thinks he’s that good.

“He just does my head in. He’s a w***er.”

Those remarks come after Robinson trolled Lynch on Twitter, referencing his ugly head shove on teammate Witherden as the Lions star reacted to the footage of Collins not batting an eyelid.

 

Melbourne great David Schwarz said on 3AW radio yesterday Lynch will win “goose of the year” if he keeps behaving like he is.

“I think what’s happened to Tom is he’s been told by someone at the Richmond Football Club, ‘Tom, I want you to go out and be a bit more aggressive because I reckon you’re not showing enough bite’,” Schwarz said.

“I’d grab him by the throat if he was my opponent and just let it be known. Young Collins clearly didn’t enjoy it, but Lynch has been doing this for three or four weeks.”

 

AFL 360 co-host Mark Robinson also took aim. “If Tom Lynch was a mate of mine I would sit here right now and say, ‘Mate, you’re being a d****, what are you doing?’” Robinson said.

 

“‘If you don’t care what people think, no problem. But as a great mate of yours I’m telling you that everyone’s thinking you’re a d****bag for what you’re doing at the moment’.

“To go up and (feign) to hit Collins, that made him look like a fool. Why are you acting like this? Play hard, tough football, earn respect. At the moment he’s losing respect.

“He can live with that, that’s up to him. He’s a good person Tom but he’s just acting really badly on the field.”

This year is just totally differant, might be better to see the stats for the second half of the year only, for me i think its the teams that do well in there respective hubs...

 

If Pies get some players back there in with a very big chance, Cats are ok but there still proven to be a bit all over the place, WCE for me but....home devil street angles, WILL they master the hub second time around? Lions and Port can win big, i think Lions more likely to go further than Port to be honest and watch out for the wounded mice now in the 8....Saints you say? like there coach but next year....

Collingwood's issue is not getting players back from injury, it is making the final 8 with the players they have left.

 

Agree about this season being an outlier. Nothing to compare it to really, including the finals series which will be held... where , we still don't know!

 

Been a lot of whinging about scoring this year, but given the games are 20% shorter, i reckon it has been fairly good

After a socked yesterday, sun WAS shinning this morning in the land of football....CorVidVictoria, its since turned to Victorian grey........numbers going down catching the virus and Andy is still doing his press conferences each day, well news just in is Barcelona just appointed ex Dutch national team coach as there new manager.......departing manager only having enough time to pull up the zip of his tourers going out the exit door, 2 days....as i said they make the AFL look tame....even the Yanks hatchet there coaches quicker than us.....noticed end of last season barely the last round is over and like half a dozen coaches have been flicked within the first hour of ending the game....

 

Big spending Jose "the special one" Mourinho wants Bale back at Spurs, like to know how there going to afford it....the highest payed player in the world seems content in sitting it out for 2 more years in the stands at Madrid, taking naps and holding up Wales, Golf, Madrid posters.....and rolling up news papers putting to eye pretending to look through a telescope....totally bored indeed and laughing all the way to the bank...35million euros worth.....a season....it seems there is another outcast at Madrid sitting on a pile of money and not getting a game who also isnt interested in leaving as well........the talk around is that Madrid thinks if they wont go which means leaving for less they will make make them sit out there contracts in the stands....Though Zindine has something to do with it, anyway id be moving them on for economic reasons and fresh blood reasons, toping up there salary while playing els ware would be better than having friction in the team.....you would think.....

 

And while on Euro soccer PSG after spending more money on transfers that the Australian government corvid economic stimulus package have reached the final of the Champions league....for the first time, having layed out a kings ransom for Neymar time has come for him to earn his bikkies, the problem for PSG who have won the title a staggering 7 times in a row and thats not yet a record in France....Lyon has won it 9 times in a row i believe, a club that has won 40 titles and cups in its short history starting around 1970....the most successful club in France well the problem is the league isnt deep with quality maybe 2 or 3 other clubs give em stick...i know Lyon beat them once this year, so there not that battle hardened and there coming up against Bayen who wacked Barcelona and took care of the last mob pretty easy as well .....And Ronnies time at Juv ummmmm....Ronaldo was thought to be the missing link for Juv to snatch a champions league crown foiled again and questions being asked about the mucho mula the man is on....well i can say its not he who lets the team down....another club full off high priced stars playing in a junior league.....again there's been whispers of a European Super league forming been around a while, what do i think? i think its ridiculous the amount of money sports people are on but at the same time if they weren't getting it people who put it on would be creaming it, they could you know open a fund and channel some of this money to third world nations to eradicate hunger and sickness couldnt they? something like that......also make funds available for setting up guards along the pearly gates to make sure no one gets out online when arch angel Gabe is handing out brains up there...something like that....

Its only 2 weeks in to lockdown men.....the new machine arrived tuesday, ummm fast and furious sure but looks like a relic from early 0000's looks like my old Dell i bout around 09, makes the MacBook pro look and work like a stealth interceptor....clumsy it is...not as heavy as it looks though....of course i dare not browse the web with it.....its to play with only....i have to many bad memories from previous windows  machines......I can tell you FM20 isnt easy to play....6 hrs the first day and 2 hrs yesterday morning and i had to have a rest.......and i still haven't got a clue.....

I think the scoring or lack of it has been terrible.
