Looks like these two got greedy and didn't pass on the right sized envelopes to the right outstretched hands.

Goodness she must have really upset some hisos to get this sort of treatment. Actual jail time for a a hiso is unthinkable. Hisos are routinely given bail while on appeal and the chance to flee. 

Will be quietly let out of jail in a year or so. By then, the public will have forgotten.

One can only hope so ,considering that no lives were lost by the bribery.

I am not condoning it, but sentence seems manifestly high.
