Yep it certainly is.  Unlikely to have a title and I suspect Harry (real name Henry) will be quite pleased about that.  Archie is quite a popular name around where we live.  Several at my son's school.

Non event other than for the deluded. The only royals that really matter in the UK, other than Queenie, are Kate and William if you are into this sort of thing. However, as long as they remain popular they will survive.
