Gyms for sale?? Or start one
A gym today needs nice girls working out. Give young girls free membership, the rest will work out if you are a social salesman who knows the fitness business and also do have a physic and professional attitude. Most of the gyms I signed up with and willing to pay the extra baht for, had inspiring people and pretty much the same regulars every week showing up the same time. Had a lounge for protein shakes, but not really necessary. Two options, fully equipped aircon/fan gyms with clean toilets and showers, or as you say simple outdoor gyms with fans only, and alot of freeweights. Towels and good hygienic facilities necessary and reliable staff. Used to be one in soi 88 in Hua Hin I signed up with. Pretty good gym, with massage, diverse classes, a smoothie bar, and restaurant. Always clean and for time being I think I paid 1800 a month. For a foreigner, getting reliable staff is the hardest thing when starting a business -
