Single Entry Tourist Visa

Featured Replies

Would Thai immigration deny me entry if I get One Single Entry tourist visa (60 days) and get the 30 day extension every year going forward? I'm currently on a extension of stay based on retirement but only plan to stay 60-90 days in Thailand each year beginning next year after my extension of stay visa expires.

Wouldn't the fact you are already on an extension to stay, alert them that you may not be a genuine tourist?

I have real knowledge of the laws and applications in Thailand, but many contributors do.

Good luck

No problem to get a single entry tourist visa or for entering the country using it. Doing it once a year will certainly not be a problem.

I assume his extension would of already expired by the time he enters using a tourist visa.

So the fact that he has already had the visa and extensions listed in the computer, have no alarm bells ringing??
