The last day you can enter (use the visa) is Nov 6th.

If you want to maximise the visa you should enter as close to that date as possible. You will be granted a 60 day stay on that last entry, which you could extend by 30 days at immigration (1,900 baht). That 90 days will take you to early Feb 2020.

What @elviajero is correct, you can theoretically stay 9 months.

Beware, this will be deemed as "spending too long in Thailand" on tourist visas if you come through either of the Bangkok airports and you may be denied entry after a few months. It happened to me (despite having to prove financial liquidity (£5000, 6 months) and a UK income). If you use land borders though, you will be fine.

Not on your first METV though, subsequent ones maybe although i had 4 back to back with no problems

They tend to look at the last 12 months for starters. If you have stayed in Thailand for over 50% of the time, they apply their "rule of thumb" and may consider you for denial of entry.

If you have a number of SETV stays prior to the first METV, I would consider that risky.

So theoretically, you could be denied entry on your first METV. It depends on their mood and how long you have previously stayed in Thailand. Perhaps they have a denial quota, who knows.
