Popular Post webfact Posted June 4, 2019 Popular Post Share Posted June 4, 2019 Pattaya: Myanmar "guide" caught urinating at Bali Hai pier City Hall special services doing their rounds at Bali Hai pier in South Pattaya on Monday caught a Myanmar man urinating. 77kaoded published a picture of an official pointing at the trickle that was not yet dry. A 50 year old Myanmar man was taken into custody and fined at City Hall. The media said that he could speak Thai clearly and appeared to be acting as a guide. Officials asked the Thai public and foreign tourists to keep Pattaya clean and refrain from urinating in public.
