Hi I have friend she is Thia citizen but lives in Australia. She is buying a new property which is being built at moment for 2800000 Baht she has 2300000 Baht, but will be 500000 Baht short. Agree. Ratesetter is one option. I don't think there are any penalties for early repayment. The other option is Latrobe Financial, as they specialize in property finance.. Marketlend and TruePillars are more business oriented, and their interest rates are much higher.
