Yep I'm baffled too. Maybe they need to change the signs to " Farrangs accompanied by a Thai" ????

Only used DMK once in years as it's inconvenient from Pattaya.  I did not see any Priority Lane signs.

Came through Swampy last Thursday, the wife did the talking and we were allowed to use the Thai Passport desk (not the e-gate). Went up to the desk together, wife with both passports. No problem.
