Is it still required the following for renewing you driving licences,

 

1. Passport and copy.

2. Copy of document from immigration to state where you stay.

3. Medical certificate.

4. 2 photographs.

5. old licence.

2) What is accepted  as proof of residence varies from office to office (work permit, yellow house book, ...).

But if your immigration issues such proof you are fine. Some seem to refuse?

Worst case for some is a (expensive) document from their embassy.

 

3) medical is needed for newly issued license or extending from 2yr (temporary) to 5yr (standard) license.

It's not needed for extending from 5yr to 5yr license

 

4) no photos needed

 

5) OK

For practical experience you should state which office (region) you are going to apply.
