Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha yesterday said that his Cabinet would be finalised by the middle of this month and ready for Royal approval.

When asked if all the Cabinet members would be ready to be sworn in before His Majesty the King by mid-July. Prayut nodded, adding, “When a subsequent Royal command is published, that is when it [swearing in] will happen."

He told the public and the media to consider the election as over, explaining that it had taken more than three months since the March 24 election for the new government to take office due to the time-consuming formalities of the process.

An unconfirmed list of new Cabinet members has been circulating among media outlets since Wednesday. The list includes many high-profile members of the present caretaker Cabinet, with some members taking on new portfolios, including Somkid and Prawit.

New Cabinet

What a misnomer. Nothing new. Same old faces consisting of coup leaders, PDRC/PAD loyalists and democracy turncoats from Dem and BJT. Old faces, old policies and old problems.

As the source of the new cabinet list wasn't stated I'm gonna take a wild guess that somebodies Facebook friends list just got printed

36 ministers, why they need so much? what a nonsense!

Got to satisfy as many of the small parties as possible. This has always been the the ministerial list as there are a lot of snouts to feed.
