Has anyone bought all the parts for a computer at one store in pantip/fortune town/zeer etc.

If you buy it all at one place will they discount and also put it together?

Yes they will build the machine for you if you buy all the parts and maybe give you a small discount. What i done was take my spec to several shops then I found the cheapest one, we then went through all of the parts and if another shop had offered it to me at a lower price they then matched the price. It was also worth getting them to check all of the prices on the machine rather than the price list hanging from the front of the shop becasue on a few items the price was cheaper. overal I ended up paying just over 80,000 baht for the machine I wanted.

That looks like that it shyould be a "Space Shuttle"!

i would either have a machine built -decide all parts yourself prior and check they are all installed.

or part it out and go to multiple stalls. there are great buys upper floors in the back for the generic stuff. its also a good place to price parts.

if you dont need a supercomputer you can find great used pcs there as well. but be careful, if you have to upgrade, it can be better buying new.
