I did this OK a few weeks ago but now trying today and keep getting erro message that "input data is incorrect". I have no idea why.

OK I got mine submitted with what I could get.  Lease, Passport, Drivers License, TM-30 Receipt and copy of deed.  Apparently, foreign condo owners do not usually get a blue book.

Filling in the registration was no fun.  Both Edge and Chrome would not allow me to enter in some fields or would limit what I could enter, like it insisted on my province being Bangkok.

I wound up using something called ie tab which is an addon for Chrome.  It did the job

I got the confirmation email with the greeting of "Dear claim their alien residence".

Sheryl, am I correct that you previously registered and then successfully submitted a TM30 report thereafter?

 

Are you trying to file another TM30 report for yourself again?

Are you able to log in successfully?

At what stage do you get the error message?

I resolved it by switching to Safari (with IE 11.0 extension) from Chrome but no idea why it was happening. It's supposed to work in Chrome.

All Immigrations websites appear to work better using IE.

Can the person renting the condo from a thai landlord regester themselves? 

If so, in the very beginning do I put my name and passport or my landlord name and id number? 

 

My tm30 receipt that I had to do in person at cw has landlord name renting to my name.

2 emails. the first is automatically generated and comes quickly.

 

The second (after you have confirmed your email) may come anywhere from days to over a month later. Mine took more than 1 month. Unlike the first it is generated from your specific IO.

No need to sign the passport. I submitted only the face page.

I'd include all pages of the lease.

If you can get it, include scanned copy of the tabian ban.

I think -- not sure as I forget-- you may need to include the identifing number from the tabian ban on the form (upper left corner of the tabian ban).

One problem is that there is a limit of 1 Mb for upload.  I had to shrink by files to get it to fit.  But, it is not clear if it is a total of 1 Mb or 1 Mb for each document.

Did you scan them and save as pdf or jpeg? 

I think pdf uses less.

I used jpg.  I did not see what options for file types were available.  Also, I used jpg because it is easy for me to change the file size by reducing the pixels.

TM30 Online, The never ending story.

 

Have the same problem as several others that don`t get the mail to confirm my email.

 

So I am stuck, have checked spam folder changed email several times still no confirmation mail ????

Today I checked my status online and it said aproved. But I didn't get email yet with password and username. 

Checked spam but maybe email is delayed from aproval. 

It took about 30 something working days. Roughly one and a half months with all the holidays and weakends. 

So maybe it will take a bit more to get username and password
