Quote Black Listing started 20th March 2016, age 18 years up , Children below 15 years of age will no pay overstay. Children between 15 and 18 years of age will be charged for overstay, but not Black listed. I think it is fair to say that regular visitors to these forums are extremely aware of these rules, which were well publicised in advance of their introduction.
