Julio Iglesias has lost an ongoing paternity court case after a judge ruled that he is the ‘biological father’ of a 43-year-old man, Javier Sanchez.

The 75-year-old Latin singer, who is also father to popstar Enrique Iglesias, had battled for three decades over the paternity case with Maria Edite, whom he had an affair with in 1975.

According to Judge Jose Miguel Bort, it is ‘not unlikely nor preposterous’ that ‘sexual relations’ took place between Julio and Maria during their week-long affair.

Julio now has 20 working days to appeal the judge’s decision. He was not present for the court ruling.

Ah, reading the article, Julio is refusing a DNA test.  He knows it's true.  And his son and this man DNA tested as brothers.  He has nothing to stand on here.

Daddy! Why don't you love me?
