Help!

Which squash in particular is fak tong?? Kabocha?? 

How does it taste like?? Is it super duper hard to cut?? Also is it sweet and fattening?? I mean, just steaming it!!

Fak thong is Cucurbita moschata Decne.

Kabocha are Japanese varieties of Cucurbita maxima.

ppl told me that fak thong is kabocha but I didn't fully believe them cuz the pumpkins don't look exactly similar 0.0
