Hanoi, Ho Chi Min - ED VISA in Vietnam. July 2019

Hello. Please share the latest information who has it. In September we are going to do study ED visa in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.  Prior to this, there was already a learning experience on an ED visa.  But today, on 07/31/2019, we received an email from the school with approximately the following content:

 

It will be a bit more difficult to give you a visa.  Chin Min ".

 

After that, they have sufficiently strained, because the tickets to Vietnam and back to Thailand have already been paid, and a deposit has been paid for the visa too.  

I ask everyone who knows at least something on this issue, or can directly clarify on the spot write here! Tomorrow we will try to call to embassies in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh.

 

From myself I would add that it still seems unrealistic to completely abolish Thai ED visas on the Vietnamese side, right?

There is recent 2 reports of visa being issued at Saigon with void stamp. No reason is given. One could guess because previous ed visa in pp
