Have not been able to log into KTB banking service for about 24 hours now in Chiang Mai, getting message " Due to high volume of transactions blah blah blah ...." anybody else having problems or is it just me ?

I am in Kanchanaburi so you could be right. Their call centre has been good in the past, good English operators too. As their online live chat is good too.
