For the last 4 years I have returned my soon-to-be-expired 90 day report along with copies of my passport pages (to confirm my identity)  a stamped addressed return envelope and a new signed/dated form. I generally send all this stuff tracked and signed for to make sure it arrives safely. Generally the new one arrives before the old one expires, ans I scan and colour-copy it putting a copy in my bag, and one on both motorbike and car in a packet containing laminated passport and TM30 copies. The of all stay safely at home.

Last time it was late, so as we had to go to CW to pay their pernicious TM30 fine I mentioned this and the pretty girl accessed it on her pc and printed a copy out and wrote all over it and signed and stamped it as a temporary replacement. The original finally appeared some 3 weeks late.

My question then is this - the latest one is now 10 days past expiry date, they received the application and old one on 9th August at CW according to the tracking report, here I am 21 days later and it has not arrived.

So to those most knowledgeable about such matters what can or should I do if anything - apart from a 2 hr drive to CW? Do they have a phone number? I keep copies of all the old ones so I have the bar-code numbers which are my personal identifier.

They state on their website if you have not received the receipt within 30 days of the report date to contact them about it.

Mine was received on the 2nd and still no return - was due 14th so will wait until 13 or so next month and make the trip again.  Have had one not return before.

Use EMS on the return envelope (30 baht)

Never thought of that, thanks, I will do that next time! Good idea!.

Of course I's happily pay 60 baht if it guaranteed improved efficiency in the system!

Always good to use EMS both ways (74 baht total), regular post is never really reliable. On my last mailed 90 day report to CW in mid July, receipt arrived in around three weeks.
