Reputable FI diesel tuners

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Has anyone had any experiences with a forced induction diesel tuner in Thailand?

Chasing someone/company that actually tunes and knows what their doing, as opposed to a plug/play.

Doesn't have to be area specific, willing to travel.

Thanks in advance.

Not sure what you're asking for, but 'tuning' the injection pump requires a (on my engine) 12mm spanner and a screwdriver.

Sorry, should of explained further, looking at remapping the ECU on my car's engine.

Try powerlab, ecuthailand, or gettuned. The remap turbo diesel engines + others. You can find them on facebook or a google search. This is a common modification here and they do a lot of it.

What vehicle is it?

Are these the sort of re-maps that end up with the car blowing thick clouds of oily, black smoke every time the throttle is used?  Serious question.

Not necessarily. Running a diesel a little rich gives it more performance, but that is done at the remapping stage. That contributes to the smoke.

Pigeons do not speak English over here.

So many people say 'should of, could of, instead of should HAVE or could HAVE. Simply bad English.
