I'd have hated to play hide and seek with him, when he as a kid ! ????????????

“He had been on the run for 20 years, and this criminal case had only one week left before the statute of limitation for the crime expired,”

if someone tells him, 'dont fret it",

its likely to be another murder

I'm not sure if he's overly-confident or really stupid. Then again, he likely assumed that after 20 years all had been forgotten, so why not drive around in a conspicuously illegal vehicle back in his home province?

Maybe he wasn’t using the correct starting date (by a week). He managed to lie low for almost 20 years, hard to believe he’d start flouting the law unless he was confident the time was up.

First, why did it take 19 years and 51 weeks to issue the arrest warrant? Second, I'm more than a little surprised to find out that there is a statute of limitation applicable to a first degree murder charge! As we say, TIT.....

someone finally cleared the bottom drawer!

 - i guess someone finally retired/expired?; image.jpeg.607b0f3a6508a0afa0bb1a60e5e58a7c.jpeg

 - to clear the way for a new bod?

The usual sluths post all the answers based on their long careers in law enforcement and knowledge of the Thai system. I can only read and be grateful I don't know any of the players in the story.

If only they would have enforced the TM28 reporting back in the day he would have been caught right after returning home from Phuket...

Looks like his hiding habits are hard to give up????
