Thailand is number 24.  Vietnam and Malaysia are in the top 10.  The USA isn't in the top forty.

Have we been duped?  Thailand isn't in the top twenty.

Why are we here?

So it is.  Malaysia and Vietnam are 1 and 2 or is it 2 and 1?

No matter.  I think we should all leave and thumb our noses at our hosts who are so interested in national security to the point where they <deleted> off their guests.

I've never been.If I ever get divorced again, I would defiantly consider it!

These surveys etc come out all the time and they are all different. I wouldn't put much credence into any of them other than maybe as another reference. Everybody is different and wants/expects/needs different things in life. Its up to everyone to do their own research, and visiting the places you are considering and living there for a while to see if actually right for you. Gotta do the recon.

Because it's all about personal opinion, and what you make of life.

I am more than happy here, and have no intention of leaving.

Thai  authorities  might  think  otherwise unless  u  have PR and  even  then count on  nothing.

This list is just BS. There are endless reasons why one expat would say the country he was choosing is the best and the other expat would say it is the worst. It all depends on so many things. OK, I guess on Nigeria everybody agrees this country is a sh......hole.

Parts of Malaysia have a better girly scene than Vietnam. The food is good.

& a lot of Malaysia is Muslim & alcohol is banned, as Islam is the prevalent religion and becoming stronger the country is going to start to go backward!

Agree about the food, it is good, much preferable to Thai food as so much more variety, I lived in there for a few years.

I find it quite humorous that a sad emoji is posted about a post, when someone says they are happy living here.

Maybe, it's more about the person than the actual place they live, or a bit of jealousy that they cannot find contentment in a place. ????????????????

Poll results depend a lot on who and how polled.  I doubt you would not find Thailand in the top 5 if surveyed about sex, ladies, ladyboys whatever
