can anyone please advise me on how to go about changing from my current retirement visa which expires in December to a marriage  visa instead.

can this be done without leaving the country?

I will be applying at the Kanchanaburi immigration office as that's where we live.

You will just need to apply for a extension of stay based upon marriage instead of retirement.

No need to leave the country for a new non-o visa.

You will need 400k baht in the bank for 2 months on the day you apply or show proof of 40k baht income.
