Collect visa Saigon latest time issued allow same day flyback?

I see from posts non O married apply day one collect next day in Saigon.

 

In practice is this early afernoon allowing to book a flight out same day ?

 

Any actual hands on experience this year be helpful

You can pick up your passport the next afternoon between 13:30 and 15:00.

You should be able to fly out that afternoon or evening.
