Has anyone experience with them? Does anyone have any insights or knows their past performance?

Their terms seem to be reasonable (ROI 9%, + payback).

Maybe, for the first year, as they try to get you to invest more!

After that?  absolutely zero chance that that is going to be anywhere close to a sustainable return ,from any kind of property investment,  in Thailand

Exercise  extreme caution, to say the least.
