thinking of popping to Rayong for a few days . any recommends for a budget hotel, not too far from bars and nightlife action (nudge nudge) got a dodgy ankle cant be walking far for a CHANG . ( i did see some at 350 baht) but no idea about the location. ( i might catch the train) lol
