No you report every 90 days instead....

or you can leave and re-entry with a permit, in lieu of the report, which re-sets the 90 days from the re-entry...

op, post # is correct advice. Just to assist, you are not extending your non o based on whatever. You obtain 12 month permission of stay.

If you wish to exit Thailand and reenter during that stay then make sure you obtain reentry permit.

The tm30 most likely not required for 90 day report. Depends on you imm office.

Only if someone in that other province reports you to immigration with a TM-30, otherwise no one in the government knows where you went or when you came back.  

Crossing any border into another country and returning would require a TM-30 report when you return

Correct advice with a rider.

As mentioned above, I did perhaps 30+ reentry to Thailand in last 12 month via airports. Did my annual extension CW last week. First time tm30. Just to be safe. Was not looked at.
