When visa topics are about a specific office should we post to the visa forum or the local forum?

I've noticed that visa related topics that are specific to local offices (as enforcement policies are so often very different at different local offices) are often posted on local forums. I recently posted a new topic about a Jomtien specific policy but posted it to the visa forum rather than the Pattaya forum.

So my question is -- is there a Thaivisa policy on where such topics belong? If not, I suppose it's OK for people to post them in either place as is already happening.

But if so, shouldn't all such topics if posted in the wrong forum be MOVED to the forum that conforms with thaivisa.com policy?
