I have built a wood fired oven in the backyard & was wondering what local wood would be best & where would I source it in the Pattaya/Sattahip areas?

I was warned not to use old rubber trees at any cost.

Reason nobody is posting is because nobody knows the answer to your question.????

Lychee wood is nice, I use it for smoking. If you are near a grower they often have wood to sell because they prune quite aggressively.

 

It burns slow too
