THE HAGUE (Reuters) - Nobel Peace Prize winner Aung San Suu Kyi will lead Myanmar's defence at the World Court on Wednesday, where her country faces accusations of genocide against its Rohingya Muslim minority.

PHUKET: A fume extractor caked with grease caught fire in Soi Sansabai in the heart of Patong last night (Dec 10), sending plumes of smoke in the air and raising concerns that the fire would quickly spread to adjacent buildings.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Non-border immigration arrests in the United States fell by 10 percent in the year to September from a year earlier, the latest U.S. data shows, a drop the head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said was partly due to the diversion of the agency’s resources to the border.

BMA to consider lenient laws for reviving abandoned buildings

Tourists flock to old Nakhon Ratchasima railway station

The old Nakhon Ratchasima railway station, which started operations in 1900 as the terminus for the first-ever Nakhon Ratchasima Line from Bangkok, has once again become popular with young tourists. Hundreds of them visit the station and take selfies in the old wrecked train after news reports that the station will be completely demolished and become a part of the double-track railways project soon.

Kratom leaves to be left out of new narcotics list
