Property in Pattaya region.

My wife and I are looking at buying a property in the vicinity of Pattaya.

We have the following criteria:

NOT Pattaya centre itself.

Sea views

Good transport.

Relatively new or well maintained older.

Up to 15 Million Bt

Can be traditional Thai house, or condo, or anything in between if it suits our taste

We have been looking at places in Jomtien and Naklua so far.

Found one nice new appt north of Naklua, transport maybe the only slightly dicey aspect.

Anyone got any comment on that location, or suggestions about good alternative options, as in location or actual specific properties?

Any suggestions about the likelihood of a new condo in that area holding its value?
