IMHO, a better system would have been to give the voter more options. Such as 5 votes for your first choice, 2 votes for your 2nd choice, 1 vote for your third choice. And 1 vote for Sipi as punishment for the lacklustre bribe he offered me to not vote for him. Just a thought anyhow.
