I have an account for Apple U.K. on my Mac.

I'm running Catalina , and have the new Itunes downloaded , so it is split into Music and T.V.

I am signed into my account and browsing movies and T.V. When I select a movie and press play on the trailer it won't play .

The screen comes up , the length of the trailer and the stop start buttton , but despite pressing everything I cannot get it to play a trailer for any movie or T.V. show.

I previously rented a documentary , but that refuses to play either in the " Recently added " or " Rentals " section. 

I cannot find an Apple chat or anyway of contacting them to sort out this problem , as I am using a U.K. account and they require a U.K. phone number .

Any ideas please.

 

Just found out it will not play trailers on my Thai account neither.

 

I was trying for the first time yesterday to set mine up. Doesn't look like you can do too much with it in Thailand.   https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208083

I have several accounts included an American account, but in order to play movie here in Thailand you have to use a VPN.

When using vpn and selecting a US server then the app is working perfectly.
