money in bank for extension

Featured Replies

I apologize to some for asking this question again,  i am aware the 400,000 in the bank for marriage extension has to be in the bank for 2 months but is that 2 full months or

60 DAYS ?    Also a warning that if you change to marriage from retirement or visa-versa and you apply a few weeks early, as i have just found out, your extension will start on the day you applied, and not on the day your old extension finished.

The rules state 2 months.

For example 2 months from today would be March 1st that is exactly 60 days due to February only having 29 days.

When you change the reason for your extension they consider the change as canceling your existing extension is the reason for your new extension starting on that day.
