3road
Hi, my parents will visit me in TH in JAn , My Dad , 75 walks with a stick, I really want them to visit Khao Yai National park or the Erwan Waterfalls near Kanachanburi. However I dont want my dad to have a miserable day doing long painful walks, Are visits to these parks a good idea for a semi disabled Person? are there Tuks Tuks inside the park / other aids available to walk between places? Thanks a lot.
Kan Win
Hi 3road, Erawan Waterfalls in Kan do have Electric Carts to take you to the 1st tier only. Hope this helps you and Welcome to Kan. Win
jackdd
Khao Yai is ok, there are some nice places to which you can nearly drive with the car, requiring only to walk one or two hundred meters. To visit the different levels of Erawan waterfall requires walking on a small path through the jungle for quite some distance, that's probably not a good idea. sandyf
Have a look at the Ancient City, Muang Boran, its flat and you can drive around or get a cart. https://www.muangboranmuseum.com/en/
