lucmuyshondt1
I went to immigration Nongbualamphu on 6th december 2019 with all the documents to get extension based on marriage. Everything was ok, I get the 'under consideration' stamp and they already come to our house for check. I have to come back on 5th february and that is 2 months after my application. Everywhere on this forum I read that people had to come back after 1 month. Is there a reason why it's 2 months ?
KhunBENQ
Did you doublecheck the under consideration stamp and it is for two months? Could be human error. Reason? No idea.
ubonjoe
I would guess you applied early for your extension (30 days?). The offices here in Isann (and others) start the 30 day under consideration report back date from the day your current permit to stay ends.
lucmuyshondt1
Ubon Joe, I entered thailand on 9th october with a multiple entry "O" visa based on marriage. My 90 day expired on 6th january so I went on 6th december to immigration.

But it might be done earlier than that if you check with the office. All of my under consideration periods have started from the end of my existing extension.
