Popular Post spidermike007 Posted January 4, 2020 Popular Post Posted January 4, 2020 A jet ski operator ending up injured after a melee is extremely rare here. Guess his buddies were not around to defend him. No idea why the photos were such an issue for him. Appears he had something to hide. A lifetime of crime, violence, and scamming perhaps? I would have to assume he will get minimal sympathy. The jet ski gangs, and the lack of deterrence from the authorities, are just one of the dozen or more reasons why the tourism industry is so decimated these days. 9

Honestly most of the time these operators are the bottom sludge of the barrel, so this time they kind of got a pay back. So you know this operator, then? 1

Perhaps he has never ripped off any tourists. The jetski scam is over in Pattaya and has been for 5 years. I never recall it being an issue on Kho Larn anyway. But don't let that stop anyone rejoicing about people being violently attacked by a mob of druggies. People need to look more closely for their moral compass. 6
Popular Post RJRS1301 Posted January 4, 2020 Popular Post Posted January 4, 2020 I am disturbed by the number of people who think that thuggery and vilence , which could have caused death, or permanent brain damage, is some how acceptable under any circumstances. Is this reflective of the expat community attitude? 3

So wrong, but jump on the bandwagon with everone else celebrating violence. Jetski scamming is over in Pattaya. It was only ever a small minority anyway, but it seems the sheeple take all jetski operators to be the worst type. Nice logic.

The number one army hater and the number one army apologist are in agreement. What strange bedfellows! Both wrong in their opinions, by the way.
mike787 Posted January 4, 2020 Posted January 4, 2020 Lucky it wasn't a foreigner this time, normally its the expat that meets his maker. 1

Sure, the next question is the same as the last one, when was this beaten man reported as having scammed tourists? Perhaps your "reasoning" is that because someone else did it once, this man deserves it?

No names were mentioned in that random jetski-scam video, anyone can do that and claim it was him! Perhaps you recognised the heavily beaten-up face on the Koh Larn operator as the one that was not beaten to a pulp on Pattaya beach!
