I still see smoking bbq's everywhere...i still smell burned plastic every day...i still see old trucks/buses/touringcars/motobikes/pickups blowing huge black clouds.....

 

I wished the police would finally get out of their aircon rooms and do something about it...i get headaches from the bad air.

Unless someone proposes some piece of very expensive equipment, preferably something that does not work so a newer version can be ordered to replace it next year it is very unlikely that the well-being of the population will be a consideration in setting priorities.  Already watchman has decided that police promotion will be based on seniority thereby not only curtailing any initiative but indicating clearly to anyone who has ideas and energy that he is not wanted.
