libya 115 Posted April 3, 2007 Share Posted April 3, 2007 SOURCE: Pattaya People: April 3rd 2007 One to Eight Fight in Yensabai A drug addict was extremely angry when a drug dealer cheated and sold him fake drugs. He was seen with an axe out for revenge but eventually was captured by the police before he got the chance to do anything. At 5.00 am on 3rd April the Pattaya police were informed that a gang of men were ready to have a fight in Soi Yensabai –at the shortcut to Soi Sunee Plaza. When the police arrived, they found one man with an axe - face to face -ready to attack a gang of eight men. The police detained all and found that the one with the weapon is Suwimon aged 33 so arrested him. As for the others, as they had no weapons, the police warned them before letting them go. At the station, Suwimon was questioned. With anger he confessed that he is a drug dealer. Earlier he bought Yaba tablets from a woman in Soi Sunee but claimed he was cheated as when he tried to take one he discovered that they were fakes. He went back to yell at the lady but a group of men defended her so he grabbed an axe and was ready for an all out fight if they wanted one. Soi Sunee is a major drug dealing area of Pattaya. At the moment the police have enough information about the drug dealers in that area and will suppress them at the right time. libya 115 Posted April 3, 2007 Author Share Posted April 3, 2007 A somewhat different story is reported by Pattaya City News: April 3rd 2007 SOURCE: Pattaya City News: April 3rd 2007 Crazed man arrested after he threatens woman with a Hatchet. A case now from Soi Sunee Plaza in South Pattaya dealt with by Police Lieutenant Colonel Santi from Pattaya Police Station. The Police were called by Khun Oy aged 30 who claimed she had been threatened by a Thai man with a Hatchet. Police arrived and located the suspect, Khun Suwimon aged 33, a refuse collector who is known to inhale paint thinner on a daily basis. Khun Suwimon, who was clearly not thinking straight, claimed he threatened the woman with the weapon because he thought she wanted to kill him.
