  • Not sure what company you were paying...but pretty much all bills I pay online. My GF still does the 'pay bills at the bank" routine...but why make your life more difficult. 

  • Paying the bills is the ole lady's job, among others.

Just wait and see. Thai IT-engineers webdesigners, stores and even authorities sometimes haven't got a clue what they're doing. Hopefully when they realize that they screwed up, they will fix it. Until then,send your gf/wife when it's time to pay more bills.

It's funny that it happened the same day, January 15th,  as Bangkok Bank stopped honoring the old ATM cards and you had to get a new one with a "chip".

you are funny... no copy, no scanned version on my phone,  no ORIGINAL PASSPORT either

 

THAI ID is what they WANT .... and farangs never can get, so DUMB
