Reading True's Skyworth Router Web GUI

Featured Replies

I'd like to confirm the maximum bandwidth supplied by True in Mbps.

I'm led to believe it's currently 300/150.

True's call center is terrible, IMO.

I have found 3BB's services not to mention call center much better. They don't need 50 staff members at a single branch also...

I don't think you can see that from any router configuration.

The router might at best reveal it's maximum possible speeds.

The ISP (True) controls/throttles the speeds at it's switches/routers.

Why not simply use True's speedtest and see what comes out of it?

This is also the only reference that can be used for complaints/service requests.

To get meaningful results you have to use a PC/laptop connected via LAN cable.

300 Mbit/s can be reached by WiFi but unlikely for many existing mobile devices.
